A few of the things the post keeps on the calendar — Washington, PA. These write-ups are sample stories, in the voice the post might use.
| Scholarship evening | Community | Each spring the post awards a small scholarship and invites the family to the hall — Washington, PA. |
| Holiday drive | Community | Before the winter holidays, Post fills the hall with gifts and groceries for local families — Washington, PA. |
| Veteran support | Veterans | Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States Dept of Pennsylvania. Each year the post sets aside time for local veterans: a ride, a meal, or a quiet check-in after a hard week — Washington, PA. |
