American Legion Post 290 Vince F Taylor. Its post has met since 1937 — Dripping Spgs, TX. The charter came in the years after the World Wars, and the Legionnaires who stayed treated the monthly meeting as a standing promise: show up, look after one another, and leave the town a little better.
