Memorial observance

The observance is outdoors when the weather allows, and in the hall when it does not. Post 1 reads the names the post has been given, stands for a moment of silence, and invites the town to stay for coffee — France.

The Legionnaires start planning in March. A speaker, a musician if one is free, and a wreath from the same florist they have used for years. The aim is a half hour the town can count on — France.
